A very Chez Felis book release party
We were honored to create delectable bites for Sephe Haven’s book release party in Hollywood, CA. All desserts and most of the appetizers were gluten free to accommodate guests with gluten allergies. The curried gazpacho with organic microgreens and parmesan cheese crisps was a hit, as was the goat cheese, caramelized onion, pine nut, olive, roasted pepper and herb flat bread, the artichoke skewers, and the morello cherry and rose petal jam heart cakes, topped with whipped cream, citrus zest, and a raspberry cradling a candied rose petal. Each sugared rose petal was made especially for the occasion from home grown damask roses. It was an evening to remember.
